In Crime No.128 of 2018 : Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.128 of 2018, dated 21.05.2018, pending on the file of the second respondent Police, within time limit as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.128 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent Police within a stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the crime was registered on 21.05.2018, so far no investigation has been conducted by the second respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, now the investigation is almost over and the respondent police will file a final report within a period of two months.

4. Recording the above said submission, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.128 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of two months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
