SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.225 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10974 of 2022 on 06.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9632 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Srirangam, on 02.11.2022 and so far it has not been taken on file. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.225 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10974 of 2022 on 06.01.2023 is relaxed and since final report has been filed, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. There shall be a direction to the concerned Court to process the above said Final Report immediately.
