Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl MP (MD) No.1664/2023 in Crl OP(MD) No.19605/2022 dated 01.02.2023 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e.on every 1st Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further order. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.1664 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19605 of 2022 on 01.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending and also the petitioner is having five previous cases.

CRL MP(MD) No.9665 of 2023 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.1664 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19605 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 07/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
