ORDER
The petitioner has sought for permission to conduct Mulaipari and Palkudam procession, which has been rejected by the respondent by the impugned order on the ground of law and order problem. 2.This Court is of the view that the respondent Police has to find out, the persons, who are creating law and order problem and take appropriate action as against them. Instead of doing the same, in the guise of law and order, the respondent Police cannot shut down the sentiments of the petitioner and others in conducting Mulaipari and Palkudam procession. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to permit the petitioner for conducting Mulaipari and Palkudam procession. No costs.
