*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy after getting necessary information relating to the advertisements. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
