ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. With the consent of learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that in respect of the petition mentioned lands, they originally enjoyed separate patta. However, due to subsequent development, it appears that separate pattas have been cancelled and their names are included in the joint patta. All that the petitioners wants is restoration of the earlier position. They would specifically state that survey No. 1166/2 was subdivided and the petitioner's land was assigned the survey No. 1166/2B. Seeking restoration of the earlier position and issuance of separate pattad, the petitioners have given an application on 14.07.2022.

3. The third respondent shall pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
