ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The property in question originally belonged to the petitioner's grandfather. Following execution of relinquishment deed by the grandfather, the property became vested with the petitioner's father namely, Subbaiya. Thereafter, the petitioner's father executed a settlement deed dated 30.07.2021 in favour of the writ petitioner/Balamanikam, who as a minor. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his favour.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents states that if the petitioner makes an on-line application along with relevant records, patta will be issued in favour of the writ petitioner without any delay. 4.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
