Court dated 06.09.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Family Court,Madurai,in D.No.988 dated 30.06.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in HMOP No.153/2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai,this Court made the following order:- By order dated 06.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.988, dated 30.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 06.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 06.09.2024.
