2. The relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is brought to the notice of this Court that for the very same issue, two Writ Appeals are pending before this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1 of 2020 and W.A.(MD).No.1931 of 2021. It is left open to the petitioner to 2/4

work out his remedy in the pending two Writ Appeals and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
