ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner essentially wants to restrain the fourth respondent from dealing with the property in question.

3. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. Filing this writ petition is clearly misconceived. Leaving open the writ petitioner's rights to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
