ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 24.10.2020, whereby, a request was made to update the eligible voter's list from the year 2014 to 2020.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the eligible voter's list was updated and as a matter of fact, elections were also conducted and office bearers were elected unanimously and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the elections were conducted, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
