ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17224 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.1220 of 2025 dated 27.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, Othakkadai Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 66 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 66 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17224 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1220 of 2025 dated 27.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
