ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is the student studying 12th standard According to the petitioner, the second respondent police seized the petitioner the petitioner's vehicle and illegally detained the same and also harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that during vehicle check up, it is found that there is no valid paper for the vehicle driven by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11096 of 2019 petitioner. Hence, fine has been imposed. Thereafter, on verification it is found that the registration number of the vehicle is fake one and totally different. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police only called the petitioner for enquiry. The petitioner without appearing for enquiry has filed the present petition. He would further submit that the petitioner has involved in an another case similar in nature and the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.
5. Considering the fact that investigation is pending with the second respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. The second respondent is also directed to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
