ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd respondent herein. 2.The petitioner is the husband of the 2nd respondent. It appears that because of the matrimonial dispute between the parties, now they are residing separately. On the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.169 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner handed over the child to the 2nd respondent. On that ground, further action was dropped. Since the enquiry has been completed and the petitioner also handed over the child to the 2nd respondent herein, continuation of harassment at the hands of the 1st respondent may not now exist. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and placing on record the statement given by both the parties before the Enquiry Officer, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
