Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed project to construct a bridge over Vaigai River connecting Mannadi Mangalam village and Irumbadi village. The petitioner had given representation dated 25.02.2022. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation to the competent authority. The competent authority will consider the petitioner's representation and also intimate his decision to the writ petitioner within a period of six weeks after receipt of the petitioner's representation. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
