Today (04.10.2023), when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the impugned proceedings in S.T.C.No.57 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Pattukkottai, has ended in conviction against the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
