3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.6604 of 2026 on 17.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Court under Essential Commodities and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
