ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) NO. 5995 of 2026, dated 26.03.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police on every first working day of English Calender month at 10.30a.m., till the filing of charge sheet.
