ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Cr.No.139 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused persons have come in a two wheeler in a rash and negligent manner. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, they abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and assaulted him with knife the and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the injured was discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured was discharged from the hospital. But, however, the petitioner is having 13 previous cases including one 307 IPC case and 7 cases are similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently, 2/3
