The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 273 days, 271 days and 271 days respectively in filing the cross objections, challenging the common award passed in M.C.O.P.Nos.21 to 23 of 2023 dated 20.12.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai.
2. Mr.S.Micheal Heldon Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
4. It is not in dispute that the respondent has already filed appeals challenging the same award and the same are pending in CMA(MD)Nos.379 to 381 of 2025.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are leaving to the discretion of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that appeals are pending, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to number the cross objections, if they are otherwise in order and list the same along with the appeals.
