ORDER

The Writ Court cannot adjudicate inter-se dispute between the petitioner on one hand and the private respondents on the other hand. It should be resolved by the jurisdictional civil Court. The only observation I can make is that the petitioners are also entitled to participate in the petition mentioned religious event and they cannot be prevented by anybody. The petitioners are entitled to offer their worship like any other devotee. 2.This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
