PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 10 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(m), (n) r/w 10 POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.10 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had committed penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl, who is aged about 6 years. Hence, the complaint.

alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 20.06.2021.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had committed penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl, who is aged about 6 years and also submitted that one previous case is pending against this petitioner in Crime No.4 of 2021, which is also similar in nature.
5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
