This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.371 of 2026, dated 07.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and shall regularly appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. 12-06-2026 mbi To
