This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection for conducting Aadi Month Mulaipari Festival to the Goddess Muthumariyamman which is scheduled to be held on 13.08.2019 and 14.08.2019 at Sathanoor Village, R.S.Mangalam Union, Tiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Aadi Month Mulaipari Festival on 13.08.2019 and 14.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 22.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
