ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act 1989 and Section 77 of Juvenile Justice Act, 2015, in Crime No.310 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 25 grams of Ganja for sale to the school and college students. Hence, the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.11806 of 2023 No.10081 of 2023 was dismissed by this Court, on 09.06.2023. This is the second anticipatory bail petition.

5. It is seen that the petitioner already involved in three cases. There is no change of circumstances in this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
