ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.8473 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 in connection with the Crime No.1011 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition no.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.8473 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Pudukkottai Town Police Station, Pudukkottai District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders except on hearing dates. On hearing dates, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court without fail.
