This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction against the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the C.C.No. 2283 of 2023 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that all the accused are family members, they are aged people and they find it difficult and face hardships to appear before the trial Court in every hearing. Further, he submits that the issue has been settled with the defacto complainant.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that after completion of investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken on file in CC No.2283 of 2023 on 16.10.2023. Further, he submits that the case is adjourned to 25.07.2024 for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3. 4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to 2/4
