ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to comply with the order Na.Ka.No.Va.Ni.5(1)/620/2025, dated 07.05.2025, passed by the 1st respondent and pass orders granting DBBL Arms Licence to the petitioner and to get transfer of the DBBL Gun No. 134068 by the petitioner, under Family Heirloom, from his uncle i.e., R.Rajasekar, Pattiveeranpatti, Dindigul District within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 07.05.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
