Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2016 relating with the payment of pension to the beneficiaries mentioned in the said representation, who are coming under the category of destitute Senior Citizen, Widow and Deserted Women and the same was stopped without any reason and notice and to pass such and further orders.
