ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner herein, under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases. One case, in Crime No.390 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 8 (c)r/w 20(b)(II)(B) NDPS Act, in Crime No.683 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 24(1) of Mines and Minerals Act and in Crime No.177 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 8(c)r/w 20(b)(II)(B) NDPS Act and Section 25 of NDPS Act on the file of the Ambathurai Police Station, Dindigul District. On 23.02.2022, he executed a bond in LIR.No.1 of 2022 under Section 110 (e) of Cr.P.C.

till 01.09.2022 for keeping good behaviour and to follow the conditions of the bond. At this stage, he has involved in the cases in Crime No.44 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 354, 109 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and in Crime No.45 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 379 and 511 of IPC registered on 07.05.2022 on the file of the Ambathurai Police Station. The petitioner has already executed a bond from 02.03.2022 to 01.09.2022. Now the condition was breached.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), that the petitioner has involved in many criminal cases and the same are now pending, this Court finds no merits in this case. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 04.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No vsd To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District, Dindigul.
