This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 1/4
2.The petitioner is the victim in Crime No.225 of 2021, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 427, 448, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of nine months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
