Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. He has given representation dated 29.04.2022 before the third respondent. 3.The third respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other.
