ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in respect of missing the two wheeler FZS bearing registration No.TN 64 Q 8717, Chasis No. MEIRG442AHV098887 Colour-Block Silver in connection with Crime No.144 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022, on the file of the second respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2022.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the representation, dated 28.07.2022. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 28.07.2022 and take suitable action, on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
