PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 227 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 10.07.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 342, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.227 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. On reading of the FIR, it shows that the petitioner has taken sand in the disputed property, for which, on 08.07.2022 at about 11.55 a.m, the petitioner along with other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and both of them attacked each other with wooden log and both of them sustained injuries. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that a counter case has been registered against the defacto complainant and others and also submitted that in the above said incident, the petitioner was also sustained injuries.

CRL OP(MD). No.14018 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that four previous cases are pending against this petitioner and further submitted that the petitioner also sustained injuries in the above said occurrence. 5.Taking into consideration of the above facts and circumstances and also of the fact that the injured person has been discharged from the hospital and the period of incarceration by the petitioner from 10.07.2022, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions: 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.
10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and co-operate with him to complete the investigation process.
