PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Musiri, to dispose of the suit pending in O.S.No.308 of 2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif Court, Musiri, to dispose the suit filed in O.S.No.308 of 2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.308 of 2016 is filed in the year 2016 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since the suit in O.S.No.308 of 2016 is of the year 2016, the learned District Munsif Court, Musiri, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.308 of 2016, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
