The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent bank to permit the petitioner to operate his bank account in SB A/c.32644644708 without any hindrance by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016. 2.Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank, based on instructions, submitted that the bank has not made any hindrance for the petitioner to operate his account. Therefore, he submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 will be suitably replied. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent bank to issue reply to the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
