This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the impugned complaint in D.V.C.No. 66 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thanjavur. 2.Today(25.07.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, CRP(MD)SR No.46736 of 2021 is rejected, at the S.R stage itself. No costs.
