O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situate in S.No.471/2 with an extent of 6 Acres 26 Cents, by considering his representation dated 17.04.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to his family and the name of the fourth respondent was wrongly included during the UDR updation. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents 1 to 3 on 17.04.2025, seeking correction of UDR. The same has not been considered. Hence, the 2/4

petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and other interested parties.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
