ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to exercise the statutory power vested in him and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.12.2024, which is filed to set aside the impugned order of Revenue Divisional Officer, Nagercoil, dated 13.11.2024

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
