O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary and appropriate actions to claim the death relief fund from the Honourable Chief Ministers Relief Fund, for the accidental death of the petitioner's husband Peyan Karuppan due to fall of the wall of the petitioner's house on 11.01.2023 at 04.00 AM and also to render sufficient assistance to repair and renovate the petitioner's old building provided by Government of Tamilnadu for landless poor of Adi Dravidar Community.

The petitioner has made a representation on 15.06.2023, claiming death relief fund in connection with the sudden death of her husband Paen Karuppan and also seeking to render sufficient assistance to repair and renovate the petitioner's building provided by Government of Tamilnadu for landless poor of Adi Dravidar Community. Since the 2/4

said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
