2. This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur in Crl.M.P.No.6244 of 2018, dated 22.02.2019.

3. Mr.K.Manoharan, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. He also made the following endorsement: "In the instant Criminal Revision case, the parties ended in compromise. Hence, the further proceedings in the instant Criminal Revision case nothing survives. Hence, I may be permitted to withdraw the petition."

4. Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent concurred with the submissions made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.
