ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from altering or deviating the original plan of laying link road connecting High level bridge across Vaigai river

connecting Paravai in SHU-100 and Thuvariman in Madurai Melakkal Road, Paravai Bit I Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Paragraph No.17 of the counter affidavit filed by the second stated as follows :

"17. It is further submitted that on discussion with technocrats and District Administration Alignment passing through survey No.161/6A2 & survey No.161/5B1 was dropped for having demerits of more length and more land acquisition involved and hence the formation of connectivity road through the petitioners land in survey No.161/6A2 and 161/5B1 does not arise." 3.In view of the above averment, the Writ Petition is closed.
