ORDER
The grounds raised in the present review petition do not refer to any error apparent on the face of the order passed by this Court and as such, it does not require consideration.
2.A perusal of the grounds reveals that the Teachers Recruitment Board is predominantly aggrieved against the interim orders passed in WP(MD)No.17454 of 2014, at the instance of one T.Uthayarani, whereby one post was ordered to be kept vacant in the selection process. The ground raised in the present review petition is that in view of the pendency of T.Uthayarani's case, the first respondent 2/6
can be accommodated only after the final decision in T.Uthayarani's case and therefore, seeks for clarification by way of this review. 3.It is now stated that the writ petition in WP(MD)No.17454 of 2014 filed by T.Uthayarani was allowed on 17.03.2022. As such, there may not be any impediment for the Teachers Recruitment Board to accommodate the candidate, Manjari, who is the first respondent herein, in the vacant post which was already ordered to be kept vacant in T.Uthayarani's case. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that as against the final orders passed in T.Uthayarani's case, they have preferred an Intra-Court appeal, which is pending before the Division Bench of this Court.
5.It is needless to point out that incase the candidate, Manjari, the first respondent herein, is accommodated in one vacant post, such appointment would be subject to the final decision that would be taken in the Intra-Court Appeal, in the case of T.Uthayarani.
3/6
6.In the light of the above observations, no interference is required to the order passed in the writ petition in WP(MD)No.7012 of 2019, dated 09.03.2021. Accordingly, this Review Application stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sm 4/6
