ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8653 of 2025, dated 30.04.2026, wherein this Court has directed the petitioners therein to surrender before the Court on or before 29.05.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the order copy was uploaded only on 18.05.2026 and due to summer vacation, they could not surrender before the concerned Court and he seeks extension of time.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, time is extended till 06.07.2026. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
