Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHIKEYAVENKITACHALAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the Srivilliputhur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12331 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7457 of 2021 of 2021, dated 27.08.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
