: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the charge memo in P.R.No.55/2018 dated 29.09.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner as Administrative Officer from the date of promotion of his junior ie., 5th respondent and grant all the service and monetary benefits within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, enquiry proceedings were completed and the Enquiry Officer submitted his report on 04.06.2021. Further representation was also submitted by the writ petitioner on 31.08.2021. Thus, the Competent Authority has to pass final order in the departmental disciplinary proceedings. 2.This being the factum, the respondents are directed to complete the proceedings and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
