This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance programme on 08.08.2019 from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m in pursuant to the "44th Manadagapadi Festival" of the "Keelathur Sri Nadiyambal Temple" situated at Keelathur Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2019.
2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance programme on 08.08.2019 from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m in pursuant to the "44th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Manadagapadi Festival" of the "Keelathur Sri Nadiyambal Temple", situated at Keelathur Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, the petitioner made a representation on 30.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
