(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to improve the Government Primary Health care, Thondi into Secondary Level Health Care by considering the communication of the Block Medical Officer, Upgraded Government Primary Health Care, Thondi to the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.50/A2/2015 dated 10.02.2015, Na.Ka.No. 2/5

416/ Aa Su Ni / 2017 dated 12.06.2018, Na.Ka.No.416/ Aa Su Ni / dated 31.10.2018 and Na.Ka.No. 416 / A1/2017 dated 25.09.2020 and considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2023 consequently directing the respondents to develop the said Upgraded Government, Primary Health Care as Secondary level Health Care.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that for improving the primary health centres in Thondi, Ramanathapuram District, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents on 04.05.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2023, by giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as others, and pass suitable 3/5

orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
