ORDER

The petitioner has purchased the subject property and has made an application on 20.03.2023 for mutation of patta. With a grievance that the said application has not been considered, he has filed this writ petition. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that on the application preferred by the petitioner, enquiry has commenced and that the enquiry would be completed within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 20.03.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
