O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and to provide police protection to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance programme on 14.08.2019 from 8.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m in pursuant to the "Aadi Thiruvizha" of Arulmigu Bathrakaliamman Thirukoil, situated at Manthithoppu Village and post Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking

permission to conduct the "Aadalum Paadalum" dance programme on 14.08.2019 from 8.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m in pursuant to the "Aadi Thiruvizha" of Arulmigu Bathrakaliamman Thirukoil, situated at Manthithoppu Village and Post Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District,, the petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions in order to maintain law and order.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
